“I can count on one hand the number of folks that have made a significant impact in my life and Dwight is one of them. I’ve had the privilege of having him as a professional coach. Besides my wife, he is the best at getting to the root causes of my issues and in a way that leaves me uplifted and hopeful. Introducing me through the PQ Assessments and the concepts involved have enlightened me and now play an important role in changing how I think, and therefore how I act. I consider Dwight a confidant and have recommended him to each of my direct reports. Thank you Dwight for giving your life to this study of coaching and mentoring — you ARE making a difference.”
